By accessing and using AdBro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

AdBro is an AI-powered marketing platform that connects to your Meta Ads accounts to provide campaign analysis, creative generation, and optimization recommendations through a conversational interface.

4. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and TikTok for Business. By connecting your accounts, you authorize AdBro to access your advertising data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not store your third-party passwords. Use of these integrations is also subject to the respective platform's terms of service.

6. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, ad copy, and creative assets. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for any content you publish using our Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

AdBro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to advertising performance outcomes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Ajman Free Zone Authority.
